The following documents duly attested by the concerned authorities are requested from the employers: (Requirement of documents vary from country to country. Documents requirements also depend on whether the embassy of manpower importing has a diplomatic mission in Nepal or not. Basically, We follow the in-detail government provisions to avoid unnecessary hassles to the workers.)

1. Demand Letter: Demand letter should be addressed to Happy Nepal Employment The letter should have details of the number of workers, nature of job with required category, salary, duty hours, food and accommodation facilities, overtime, transport, insurance of workers, Residence permit and other benefits. The Demand Letter must be attested by Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

2. Power of Attorney: Power of Attorney is a legal confirmation, on behalf of employer, for selection of manpower. This authorizes Happy Nepal Employment, Licence No. 883/067/68.  for sending workers legally. This letter is issued by the employer addressing the consulate general of the respective Embassy intimating him of appointment of Happy Nepal Employment as the lawful agent of the employer their authorization to act on behalf of the employers and to carry out all Visa Formalities with the Embassy with particular Visa. The Consular Letter is applicable in case of issue of original Visa by the employer and in most cases it is applicable for recruitment of Royal Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

3. Consular Letter: This letter is issued by the employer addressing the Consulate General of the respective Embassy intimating him of appointment of Happy Nepal Employment as the lawful agent of the employer their authorization to act on behalf of the employers to carry out all Visa formalities with the Embassy with particular Visa. The Consular letter is applicable in case of issue of original Visa by the employer and in most cases it is applicable for recruitment of Royal Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

4. Employment Contract: The employing company provide the employee employment agreement as per demand letter. This agreement is made between the company (Employer or Agencies) and the Employee on the companies letterhead stating clearly and precisely all terms and conditions regarding manpower supply from Nepal. Employment Agreement Employment Contract between the Employer and the Employee only copy each signed and stamped by the sponsor.

5. Guarantee Letter: The employing company should not transfer any workers to another country without approval of competent Nepal Government authorities.

6. Inter Party Agreement: Employing Company should provide us service agreement between company and recruitment agency in Nepal. An agreement of Manpower mobilization – An agreement between the Employer Company and  Happy Nepal Employment regarding the manpower mobilization for the recruitment of said number of workers as per the said demand letter.
