Press Advertisements:
The manpower requirements are advertised in country’s various newspapers to inform and letting pool of the talented applicants and job seekers to know about an opportunity and company / client to avail the
prolific workforce.

Mode of interview:
Based on client / company’s call an interview can be conducted through online or client can visit agency to conduct.

Medical Checkup:
The finalized candidates are required to get full medical checkup before processing VISA.

PCC:
The finalized candidates are required to submit Police Clearance Certificate and verified by the Embassy of the respective country.

Registration of the finalized candidates:
After VISA the papers are presented to the Ministry of Labor and Ministry of Foreign Employment (Government of Nepal) for the final registration of the candidates. This process is normally completed within 24 hours from the time of submission of the passports and documents to the concerned authority.

Briefing and Orientation:
For outbound workforce/candidates are briefed by licensed institutions departments/protector of immigrants, Government of Nepal, prior to their final registration, so that they get familiar with rules and regulations of the respective country.

Ticketing and Immigration:
The employer may send PTA or remit necessary traveling expenses in favor of Happy Nepal Employment Pvt. Ltd to facilitate traveling as scheduled. We obtain Immigration clearance from the concerned Government department for the workforce /candidates.

Workforce Deployment Timeline (Minimum and Maximum Days):
Upon receiving COC attested and Embassy verified documents within 15 to 18 days workforce candidates can join company in the country of hire.
